If you want to know whether or not you are eligible to participate or not, it’s really simple, you need to be

A Person above the age of 18 years old.
Have a Valid Startup Idea with a basic pitch deck ready
Idea must be utilising ICP’s technology in some way or form
Must not have received/approved/applied a grant from any other Blockchain ecosystem for the same Idea.
Are a valid passport holder of Indian nationality
